We currently have many senior dogs in our hospice care. Please consider helping one of these worthy dogs by making a donation. Who We Are
God's Will Small Dog Sanctuary is an all breed rescue dedicated to the veterinary care, rehabilitation, and rehoming of dogs rescued from high kill animal shelters.
We have a special interest in senior and special needs dogs and provide hospice care to dogs with incurable health issues that deem them unadoptable. Many older dogs are given a death sentence just because of his/her age. We encourage everyone with senior dog love in their heart to adopt a senior dog. Once they make their way into your heart it can be life changing.
Adoptable dogs are current on vaccinations (DHLPP/rabies), spayed or neutered, heartworm negative and on heartworm preventative medicine when they are adopted. We are an all-volunteer rescue with full-time jobs. We do try to respond to all e:mail inquiries within 24 hours. Should we not respond in a timely manner we apologize upfront and ask for your patience and understanding. E-mail is generally the most efficient way to contact us.
God's Will Small Dog Sanctuary is dedicated to giving *all* dogs the opportunity to live out the rest of their years in a safe and loving forever home. Our main objective is to place our rescues into lifetime homes. We need to know that our dogs will never end up unwanted again.
Adopting a friend
To get the adoption process started an Adoption Application is completed and submitted. We will then talk with you by phone and call your current and past veternarians for a reference. We may ask to do a home visit or ask that you provide photos of your home by e:mail. The adoption fee is $250 and covers the cost of spay or neuter, vaccinations, heartworm testing, deworming, and whatever additional veterinary attention is needed.
