"Delmar Puppy Rescue", located in Berlin, MD is the Maryland Division of "Delaware Puppy Rescue" - a non-profit organization created to educate the public on responsible pet ownership and committed to saving the lives of death row pets.

DMPR takes in expectant or new mothers and their pups to be raised in a healthy, loving family environment until they are ready for adoption.  With the help of family, friends and other rescue groups we pull pregnant or new mothers and their pups from various shelters throughout the East, Mid West and South East Coasts and foster them providing complete medical care, socialization and training in a loving family environment.  We then adopt out these pups and mothers to approved families at the age appropriate time. 

We are available to all of our adopting families 24/7 for any questions or concerns that may come up once you have taken your new family member home.  All of our pets are up to date on shots and have been examined by a veterinarian for a clean bill of health.

ALL DOGS ARE ADOPTED OUT BASED ON SPAY/NEUTER AGREEMENTS AND APPROVED APPLICATIONS.

ALL DOGS MUST BE SPAYED OR NEUTERED WITHIN ONE MONTH OF ADOPTION OR SIX MONTHS OF AGE.

DMPR is a non-profit organization. Costs from adoption fee's are applied to shelter pull fees, transportation costs, medical costs and various incidentals.

• $275 PLUS SPAY/NEUTER FOR PUPPIES NOT YET ALTERED
• $375 FOR ALTERED PUPPIES AND DOGS
