Suzie is a 2-3 yr old Shephard mix. When she arrived at our shelter a year ago she was unfamilar with walking on a leash, and appeared to not have much experience around humans. Since she has been with us she has learned how to walk on a leash, and also some basic commands such as sit, stay, and lay down.
Suzie is crate trained as well as house broken and enjoys a good long walk. Suzie now has a tremendous love for humans and will make a great companion. Because of her size we feel she will be better in a home without children 5 years old and younger. Suzie will do best in a home where she is the only pet as she has a very strong prey drive. She is current with all of her shots and has been spayed.
She is a really super dog and loves to give lots of affection and plenty of doggie kisses. Help us get her a forever home.

Our 2009 Raffle Calenders are still on sale. The drawings will be every third Monday of each month. All proceeds go to ARF's spay and neuter program. The calenders are $10 each and you have the chance to win anywhere from $10-$100. You can purchase one of our calenders using paypal, call in the center with your master card or visa, or mailing us a request with a check or money order payable to Animal Resource Foundation.
Who We Are
We are a 501c3 organization that was formed to improve animal welfare in the state of Maryland. Most of our animals come from shelters that are overcrowded. We try to help free up space so they do not have to euthanize due to space.
We take in these animals and give them the medical attention they need as well as lots of TLC so that they become wonderful pets.
Adopting a friend
If interested in one of our animals, simply contact us and we will send you one of our applications. Once your application is recieved someone from our organization will contact you to arrange a home visit. If you are out of state, this is not a problem. We have done many out-of-state adoptions.
