PETCO Adoption Events
Lucky Cat Rescue wants our rescued cats placed in homes where they will be considered a member of the family for the rest of their lives which, with care, can be for 12 or more years. If you do not agree with our guidelines, we suggest that you reconsider whether or not adopting a cat is right for you. When you adopt a cat you must sign a legal contract stating that you will comply with our requirements, which are to give the cat a long healthy life in a loving home. Our fosters parents love their babies and tell them they will do everything in theri power to insure they are safe, Once they walk out the door the cat is in "Gods" hands. We expect you to do everything in your power to acclimate the kitty to its new home.
Lucky Cat Rescue is committed to promoting the importance of spaying and neutering all pets. We provide information to educate individuals and communities of responsible pet ownership. We assist with Trap, Neuter, and Return (TNR) of feral cat colonies with caretakers in a safe environment. This practice reduces the risk of unwanted litters and keeps cats healthier while minimizing the size of a colony. We help in the rescue of stray, abandoned, and feral kittens which require socialization prior to adoption.
Our mission provides hope for cats and kittens that are considered "unadoptable" and would be euthanized by shelters.
Cats/kittens are available for adoption 7 days a week at the Golden Ring Petco location.
Please contact us to schedule an appointment to meet a kitty.
Please consider making a donation today. 100% of each donation is used to support kitties in our program (vet bills, food, litter). Lucky Cat Rescue does not have a facility and is strictly a volunteer organization with limited foster care. Thank you for your support of our furry felines who depend on us for help.
