We are a small group of cat lovers who foster cats and kittens in our homes. Due to our small size, we have limited foster care. Surrender of cats/kittens is by appointment only.
Our Mission Statement: Halfway Home Cat Rescue is a 501(c) 3, nonprofit group dedicated to cat and kitten rescue, care, and adoption. We provide a no-kill, cage-free environment in our foster homes for homeless and abandoned cats and kittens until placing them in permanent, loving homes. Halfway Home assists in reducing cat overpopulation by altering and vetting all of our cats prior to adoption. We promote public awareness regarding the value of cats, cat welfare, cat overpopulation and quality human-cat companionship through education and adoption programs.

Adoption Policy
We have an application and contract which must be approved prior to adoption. Adoption fee is $250 for a single kitten or adult cat and only $450 for a pair; twice as much fun! Adoption fee includes current veterinary care: spay/neuter, vaccinations for age, deworming, flea treatments and leukemia/FIV testing and microchip with registration. We require proof of home ownership or landlord approval prior to adoption.Â
New adoption venue, we will be at Rocky's in Ludlow MA select Saturdays from 11am-1pm by appointment only!
All animals at adoption clinics have up to date health certificates.Â
