We currently have no rabbits available for adoption, however local shelters such as the Animal Rescue League of Boston and the MSPCA ALWAYS have many rabbits for adoption. Why not try helping out a local shelter!

Powder Puff Tails is working solely on private adoptions. We are no longer taking in rabbits. Our mission is to help people find homes for their rabbits while keeping the rabbit in a stree free environment that they are currenlt used to, even if you feel you don't have enough "time" for your bunny. they will get more attention from you than in a shelter where workers care for hundreds of animals every day. If you need to find a home for your rabbit NOW please contact a local shelter that can take your rabbit in.
Who We Are
Powder Puff Tails is privately run orginization that is dedicated to helping rabbits find educated homes when they are unable to be kept in their previous ones. We are also dedicated to educating the public and raising awareness and also support local shelters such as the Animal Rescue League of Boston and the MSPCA who are inundated with rabbits regularly.
Adopting a friend
If you are interested in one of our sweet buns please email or call Palestina with your contact information. An interview can be set up for over the phone or in person. Visits with your bun will be arranged so you can get to know them and an application needs to be filled out. No adoption fees apply, however, contracts must be signed for intact rabbits that you will get them neutered or spayed if age allows. A 30 dollar fully refundable deposit is required which will be refunded upon proof of surgery. Adoptions are to indoor homes only. If you are looking to place your bun in a home please contact Palestina by phone or email. We can not take any rabbits in but will work with you if you can foster your pet until a home is found. If you cannot keep your rabbit any longer, please contact the Animal Rescue League of Boston or the MSPCA and surrender your animal there. It is illegal to release yuor animal into the wild and he or she will not survive out there! Pictures are requested to be able to list your pet on Petfinder.

As Powder Puff Tails is working only with private adoptions now, donations towards vet care and neutering is much appreciated. We can direct your check to the appropriate veterinary hospital where the care will take place. Also, if you are interested in fostering a rabbit please contact Palestina and a home check can be arranged! :o)
