Humane Society of Louisiana - Acadia Chapter

I am the only member of this chapter located in Acadia parish and I stay busy with cruelty calls. I am asking the public for assitance at this time with a trap, alter release program which allows us to trap wild cats fix them and tip the ear so we know that this cat has been altered. I am asking the public to sponsor a cat for 25.00 to assist with the cost. I am not state or federal funded and rely solely on the donations from the community. I am trying to raise 1500.00. The Humane Society of LA Acadia parish investigates i n any parish that request our help. I am asking please assist me by donating today. Traps are also needed on a loaner basis and we will be responsible for replacing any missing traps. Volunteers are needed to help transport these cats to the vet. I have been feeding these feral colonies and it is unreal the cats in distress,
