How To Donate/Volunteer
Avoyelles Animal Welfare Society, Inc. accepts monetary donations by cash, check or money order. We encourage everyone to consider pledging to our organiztion on a monthly basis, if possible. Donations can be mailed to AAWS, Inc., P.O. Box 492, Cottonport, LA 71327. Checks can be made payable to: AAWS, Inc.
AAWS, Inc. is always in need of dedicated volunteers, 18 years or older, who share a love and compassion for the care of these neglected, homeless, and abused animals. We are looking for responsible, reliable, and dedicated individuals who share our passion.

Adoption Policy
Adoption day is held the second Saturday of each month from 10AM-2PM.
Upon completed and approved adoption process, potential adopters will receive a $10 discount for this day's event!
You are welcomed to come by any day to adopt one of our animals.Â
