Pointe Coupee Animal Shelter is a non-profit organization formed by volunteers dedicated to making life better for the people and animals in Pointe Coupee Parish by: * Pulling together community resources to build and operate an animal shelter; * Providing Rescue and Adoption programs for unwanted pets; * Promoting issues, awareness, and enforcement of animal related laws, including those regarding cruelty, neglect, and dangerous animals; * Educating Citizens of the parish on the importance of spaying and neutering their pets and the responsibilities of pet ownership. WE NEED YOUR HELP! Say YES and be a PCAS HERO! To join PCAS just send us your membership fee of $25.00 for individuals or $35.00 for families, along with your name, address, & phone number. Please indicate whether or not you would like to volunteer also. Donations are always welcome! We accept donations of any kind: monetary; food, bowls, leashes, dog houses, carriers and pens, etc. *Are you a business owner?? If you would like to have your business card appear in our monthly newsletter for $50.00 per year please send us one of your cards along with your payment.
