 Brooklyn is a teeny little thing, although very sturdy
with a bit of a barrel chest. He's even shorter than our mascot Della (whose
picture you see at the top of this site). He loves loves LOVES to just
sniff around the yard. He's an independent beagle, but does like a bit
of a cuddle now and then. He's learning how nice it is to get some human
attention, and how to interact with strange dogs. His foster sister Ruby is teaching him how to play! He is crate-trained but not
100% housebroken, but he's learning fast. Brooklyn is approximately 2 years
old, current on vaccines, neutered and heartworm negative. |

We are currently living in Atlanta and have no plans to return to New Orleans. We are in the process of getting incorporated and licensed for rescue in the state of Georgia. We will be operating under a different name when we finish the process. Most of the dogs listed here are in Georgia. If there are Louisiana dogs, there will be a local contact person listed in the pet description. AT THIS TIME WE CANNOT TAKE IN ANY DOGS!!! |

| We are a small organization that was in New Orleans rescuing beagles. We evacuated to Atlanta with Hurricane Katrina and are not returning to the New Orleans area. We LOVE all dogs, but REALLY love beagles (because we are cray-zeeee!). |

| Most of the dogs listed here now are NOT in Louisiana. They are available only in the metro Atlanta, GA area. Please fill out our online adoption form if you are interested in any of these gorgeous beagles and we will get back to you ASAP. Our adoption fee is $100, which is non-refundable. All dogs are spay/neutered, current on vaccines, tested for heartworm and are in general good health (heartworm condition not withstanding). |
