Rockcastle's Animals in Need is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of Rockcastle County's unwanted and abandoned animals through spay/neuter programs. If you would like to help, please email us at rockcastlesanimalsinneed@gmail.com.
RAIN is currently focusing our efforts on providing low cost spay/neuter surgeries to the citizens of Rockcastle County, which does not have any programs in place to proactively prevent pet overpopulation.
