We have lots of dogs and cats coming into the shelter now. Would you be willing to foster a dog or a cat if you can't adopt one? Call us!
Adopting A Friend
Stop by the shelter or an adoption event to fill out the adoption application. We also have the dog application online: http://jessamineco.com/PDF/Dog_Adoption_App.pdf After your references are checked (and landlord for renters), you will be notified. We can usually get this all done in one day (except Saturdays and Tuesdays).
After your application is approved, your new family member will be spayed/neutered, receive any remaining shots (including rabies), be microchipped, and get a fecal before you take him/her home.
