The Pulaski County Animal Shelter is a county-run animal shelter located in Somerset, Kentucky. We are operating in a very large county and have large number of dogs looking for a new home.
Adopting a friend
The adoption fees at our animal shelter are as follows: Dogs and Puppies are $60.00. This includes a certificate for a dog over 4 months to have a rabies shot and spay/neuter. For a puppy this includes parvo shot, worming and spay/neuter. Our cats and kittens are $50.00. This includes a rabies shot and spay/neuter for cats over 4 months old. For a kitten it includes a feline distemper shot, worming and spay/neuter. When an animal is adopted from our shelter you recieve a certificate from one of our local vet's offices to have the animal's shots and surgery.
Come Visit Us!
Our shelter is located 3 miles east of Highway 27 off of E. Highway 80 By-Pass. Turn off of E. Hwy. 80 onto Ross St. It will dead end into Adopt Me Lane. Adopt Me Lane ends in the Pulaski County Animal Shelter's parking lot.
