Adopting a friend
When adopting from Louisville Metro Sheltie Rescue there are certain conditions that need to be considered.
No electric or underground fences. Statement from landlord or copy of lease stating conditions for having a dog on the rental property. NO TIE Out or CHAINING OUTDOORS. You must provide proper food, water, shelter, & veterinary care for the adopted dog.
IFYOU CAN NOT KEEP THE DOG, WE ARE TO BE NOTIFIED, AND THE DOG RETURNED TO US.
Adoption Application is required. Home visit & Check of Veterinarin references required. DOGS SHOWN BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
