About Kentucky Tails...

Kentucky Tails is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization incorporated in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.  Our mission is to find permanent placements for stray or abandoned cats without the use of euthanasia.

Because we do not maintain a shelter our intake is very limited.
We ensure the health of every animal by providing for the necessary medical needs. This includes a Feline Aids/Feline Leukemia test, parasite treatment/prevention, and vaccinations. All of our animals are neutered or spayed before adoption. We also microchip all of our cats. Our adoption fees are intended to cover the basic medical care required for each animal - we do not make a profit from the adoption fees.

We need foster homes!

We can help out more homeless cats and kittens with the assistance of foster homes!  You can make a huge difference just by being a Foster Home to a cat, a kitten, or multiple cats/kittens. Kentucky Tails cannot assist with spaying and neutering. Please call U-Can at (513) 721-7387 or visit their website www.ucancincinnati.org. U-Can charges $35.00 to spay or neuter a cat.
