Who We Are
HALO rescues dogs and cats from local shelters. These animals would otherwise be euthanized. We are dedicated to saving as many lives as we can, and educating the community about pet welfare and the importance of altering your pet. Adopting a friend
HALO requires potential adopters to submit an application. If this application is approved, an adoption agreement must be signed for the pet. Our pets are spayed/neutered, up to date on all vaccinations, wormed and heartworm tested. There is an adoption fee, which is typically $75 for cats and $125-200 for dogs, depending on the veterinary costs involved in each particular animal.
