It's time once again to start looking for great photos for the 2009 GAGA calendar. We urge all our adopters to send us photos of their Greyhounds for next year's calendar! We're particularly looking for photos with a theme that highlights a particular month or holiday.
Who We Are
Gallatin Area Greyhound Adoption is a private adoption group in Warsaw, Kentucky, specializing in matching young, sound greyhounds with people interested in lure coursing and/or the Society for Creative Anachronism, a Medieval re-enactment group. However, we do adopt to others! Most of our retired racers come from Florida. All are up-to-date on shots, heartworm negative, microchipped and will be spayed or neutered before going to their new homes.
Corgi Rescue & Adoption of Northern KY (CRANKY) is the same people, different breed! We joke that by having the short little Corgis along with the tall Greyhounds, we can double our use of the available floorspace! As with the Greyhounds, all of our Corgis and Corgi mixes are spayed/neutered, microchipped, up-to-date on shots and heartworm negative.
Adopting a friend
If you see a dog that interests you, please e-mail us for more information. We strive to make the best possible match with each adoptive home. We will ask you to fill out an adoption application, and may ask for a home check and/or references from your veterinarian.
Come Visit Us!
We do not have a shelter, all our dogs are fostered in private homes. For this reason, we ask that you make an appointment before coming to meet our hounds.
