Who We Are
Our organization is a certified Rescue Affiliate of the American Boxer Rescue Association, through which we have our not-for-profit status. We follow standards and ethics set forth by the national organization, and often cooperate with other Boxer Rescues in nearby areas.
News & Fundraising
We are currently collecting empty ink cartridges, both laser and inkjet, for Cash for Critters. You may either mail them to us or notify us to pick them up if you are in the vicinity of Indianapolis and surrounding area. Do not worry about sorting, we will handle that once the cartridges are in our hands. You can mail them to 545 Jefferson Valley, Coatesville, IN. 46121.
Adopting a friend
Thank you for your interest in Boxer Rescue. To adopt one of our boxers, please contact us and we will send you an application form which you should fill out and return. Once we have reviewed your application, we would like to meet you and the members of your household so we can get a good idea what you are looking for and what might fit best into your lifestyle. We also want to see where the dog will be living.
After the home visit we can arrange for you to meet any dogs that might be a good match. Sometimes we do not have a dog that meets your needs when you are looking for a dog. We put your application on file, and review our files when a new dog comes in. Your application will be kept on file for 3 months.
Please understand our list of applications is not used in a “first come, first served” manner. After a dog comes in to our program and is evaluated, we determine the type of home that would best suit the dog and find the applicant that best matches the particular needs of that dog.
We use Patented Kuranda Dog Beds because they are durable, chew proof and easy to clean. If you would like to donate a bed to us, click here.
