About FCAC

The Fulton County Animal Adoption and Education Center (FCAC) opened its doors on October, 10, 2011.

We are located in North Central Indiana at the intersection of State Roads 14 & 25 and Old US 31. FCAC not only provides service to the Fulton County Animal Control division, but also to the residents of Fulton County, IN. We receive both dogs and cats from the Animal Control Officer, as well as stray animals brought in by and relinquished by county residents.

These animals are then made available for adoption. To this date, we have found furever homes for hundreds of animals, many of which can be seen in our "Happy Tails" photo album.
