We are a private Indiana not-for-profit organization, incorporated on December 17, 1982. We are an independent organization, funded mostly by contributions and fundraising activities, although we do earn a small part of our revenue by contracting to provide animal control services to the county and most cities within the county. In addition to finding homes for pets, we stress humane education and have a spay/neuter assistance program for residents of Marshall County, Indiana.
