The Madison County Humane Society is in a financial crisis and is facing closure. Many fundraisers are in the works to help save the Humane Society and the hundreds of animals they care for annually. Our adoption coordinator is staging a 30 day lock in fundraiser at the MCHS Shelter in an attempt to raise funds for the continued care of the pets residing at our facility. Her move in date is April 7, 2008. She will be in the office daily but will remain at the facility for 30 days. At closing time she and a volunteer kennel mate will retreat to the kennels to live among the cats and dogs at our facility. She plans to make this a fun filled event with other pre-planned fundraising efforts going on. We are seeking volunteers and sponsors like yourself to help raise money for the Humane Society animals. You can make a pledge for any amount that you are willing to contribute. NO AMOUNT IS TOO SMALL! Please make checks payable to the Madison County Humane Society. Please mention "Kindness" in the memo field.

All contributions are tax-deductible.
Please help us CONTINUE to help the animals here in Madison County!
