All of our adoptable pets are currently living in a Dog P.E.N. foster home. Each pet has contact information for her/his foster located in the pet description. An application is required before meeting.
The Dog P.E.N. was founded in 1997 by Flo Bryant with a mission to save homeless dogs and cats and place them into loving homes. We work with animal control facilities in Morgan, Cass, and Greene Counties to network pets to get them adopted or placed with a rescue organization before their euthanasia date. We home foster as many pets as we can until they find permanent homes. Additionally, we are working to reduce cat overpopulation in Morgan County, IL through our Trap, Alter, Return program.
