Driving Directions for Adoption

To

Grundy County Animal Control

We are a County Animal Control Agency that promotes

adoptions for stray and owner drop off animals.

We are located 7 miles off Rt 55 and 10 miles off 80.

Our hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4: p.m.

 

The costs of our adoptions are:

Adoption fee $15.00

Neuter/Spay $50.00 Deposit (State Imposed)

Rabies Vac $12.00 Deposit (State Imposed)

Micro Chip $35.00 Deposit (State Imposed)

When the Neuter/Spay is done and verified,

the deposits will be returned to either the vet hospital

or to the owner if the owner had to pay all costs up front.

If the adoption does not work out the animal is to be brought back to the shelter

and is not to be given away or sold to any one.
