Who We Are
The Tender Loving Care Animal Shelter, more often referred to as T.L.C., has been in operation since April 1st, 1974. T.L.C. has served the community as a private, non-profit, humane society, dedicated to the prevention of abuse, neglect, and cruelty to animals.
