As of August 15, 2006, ALL4U has increased its adoption fees due to increased costs; gas, vet services and medications. ALL4U has not had an increase since ALL4U-Dogs was formed in 2000. We continue to help those animals in need and those families who want to open their heart and home to a rescued pet.

Who We Are

ALL4U is a rescue established to help animals in need. We also work with families having trouble with their pet to keep the pet and family unit together. All of our animals are spay/neutered before adoption unless health or size prohibits. If that is the case, those animals are adopted with a spay/neuter contract.

Adopting a friend

ILLINOIS LAW NOW REQUIRES ALL IL SHELTERS AND RESCUES TO CHIP COMPANIONS PRIOR TO PLACEMENT. GIVEN THE EXPENSE OF GETTING, CARING AND PLACING THESE WONDERFUL COMPANIONS, THE COST OF THE CHIP ($20) WILL BE ADDED TO THE ADOPTION FEE, PAID FOR BY THE ADOPTER. FEES LISTED BELOW DO NOT INCLUDE THE CHIP. The fist step in the process is to complete an application. At most, there are no more than two adoption coordinators at one time. We wait until after an application is processed and approved before we will discuss specifics about any animal. Next we arrange for a meeting of the whole family with the companion. Adoption fees typically are $150 for senior mixed breeds, $250 pup/young adult mix breeds, $200 senior pure breeds and $350 for pup/young adult pure breeds. However, given certain treatments a specific dog may need and cost of getting it into rescue, the adoption fee can be based on the investment for that specific dog and is always noted in the bio if it differs from the standard adoption fee.Finally is the adoption contract. This gives us the right to contact the adoptive family and the vet throughout the remainder of the life of the animal. We do track the animals throughout their lives. If you are unable, at any point in time, to keep the animal, it must be returned to us. To be fair to everyone, we do not transport our companions. You must be willing to make the trip to their foster location to both meet and adopt. We are not a shelter, all of our animals are in loving homes, being cared for by loving families.
