Our Adoptable Pet List

We are a small group of volunteers rescuing pets from other facilities. Our animals are located in a beautiful pastoral setting. Dogs spend daylight hours out in play yards with compatible playmates. Long walks are scheduled frequently during the week. Co-mingling with volunteers and their families help in the socialization process. Our cats are in foster care and litter box trained. Caring People For Animals is looking for FOREVER homes for our canine and feline charges. We take pride in helping people choose the pet that best suites their family. There is a one month trial period on all animals. Should the dog or cat not be campatible they be returned and a full refund given. After the one month, the dog or cat may be returned: by apporintment; but no refund will be given. Several of our dogs are in beginning obedience training and others will be started soon. There is one week of free training offered to the new adoptive family. We do not euthanize unless the dog is unsafe to people or other animals. All of our animal friends are spayed or neutered and all vaccinations are current. Individual pet evaluations are available upon request at petsupplies@verizon.net
