Who We Are
PAWS for Life is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation whose mission is:
Reducing the animal overpopulation problem through an active spay/neuter campaign
Sheltering homeless animals in a "life-oriented" environment.
Promoting pet ownership as a lifetime commitment.
PAWS for Life accepts adoptable cats and dogs into foster care on a case-by-case basis. Eventually, PAWS for Life would like to establish a life-oriented animal shelter within Ada or Canyon County.
Currently we are involved in an ambitious spay/neuter campaign. Along with two other animal welfare groups, we organized the Fix 'em in February campaign where 198 animals were spayed and neutered during February. In addition, we have facilitated spaying and neutering over 450 animals since early December and are continuing our program during the entire year.
