Pick Your Price Cat/Kitten Adoptions!
All cats & kittens adoption fees are a free-will donation to approved applicants! Meowzah, that's an awesome deal. We have over 30 fantastic felines looking for lasting love. Orange fuzz balls, terrific tabbies, black beauties, long-haired cuties, charismatic calicos...come meet your match!
Fat cats, lean & lanky, fuzzy & fluffy, outgoing, reserved, playful, charismatic...we have them all. Check out those listed and call or email to set up a time to meet these fantastic felines after you've completed an adoption application.

Omelet Brunch
Sunday, March 18th at the Duhigg Center (junction of Hwys 4 & 9) in Estherville from 9:30-12:30. This free-will offering event is both a delicious and fun way to help our homeless animal friends. In addition to omelets, there will be sweet treats, drinks and more!
Adopting A Friend
It takes a very special person to choose adoption! Most animals are homeless through bo fault of their own, so please get to know a shelter pet and consider opening your heart and home to one (or two!).
We work very hard to find lasting love through adoption for our furry friends and would like them to meet your entire family, including other pets, to ensure their next home is their FOREVER home! Adoption is a fun & fur-filled family affair at ECAS.
Who We Are
The Emmet County Animal Shelter is an all-volunteer group of individuals dedicated to the adoption and welfare of companion animals. The ECAS works to educate the general public on humane topics affecting both people in pets in NW Iowa and beyond.
The ECAS is a 501(c)3 organization focused on the humane care and adoption of homeless, neglected, unwanted and abused companion animals.
