Doggie Harmony is a non-profit (501c3), GA-licensed rescue group focused on matching right people to right dogs in Atlanta. Available dogs are often found by Good Samaritans, come from 'death row' of animal control, or are with owners who seek to relinquish. Secondary to our dog placement objective, we sponsor spay/neuter, wellness, and training to keep or place dogs in happy homes.

Adopting a Friend
To ensure we are placing our dogs with people who best match their needs, we ask our adopters to complete an application that tells us more about their lifestyle and home environment. Additionally, we conduct home visits with our adopters, which enable us to bring the adoptable dogs to your environment to see how the dog might interact and fit in with you/your family. We do charge an adoption fee. The fees we collect enable us to ensure adopted dogs arrive at their new homes spayed/neutered, vaccinated, micro-chipped, on flea/heartworm preventatives and in good overall health.
