Who We Are
Begin Again Farms, Inc. is 501(c)3 non-profit organization devoted to the care and rehabilitation of abused, neglected and abandoned horses. Begin Again Farms, Inc. is 100% volunteer run, caring for 40+ horses at any given time. We provide community outreach through information booths at local fairs and events, school presentations, riding lessons, providing a Girl Scout troop horsemanship program, and conducting presentations to local leaders and community organizations on the abuse, abandoment and neglect of horses locally and nationwide. We rely entirely on donations, in-kind gifts, grant funding and adoption fees to cover our day-to-day operating expenses.
Adopting a friend
You can adopt our rehabilitated horses for a tax-deductible donation. Adoption fees (donations) range from $100 to $1000 and are used to help defray the costs of caring for and rehabilitating the horses in our care. Contact us for an adoption application form if interested in adopting one of our beautiful horses!
Come Visit Us!
If you would like to come out and visit the farm, please contact us at 706-315-6945 prior to visiting to make sure that someone will be on site to assist you. If you would like to arrange a tour of the farm for a group or for a special presentation to your class, school or organization, please contact us to make arrangements.
