The Great Pyrenees Breed
The Great Pyrenees is sometimes referred to as the noblest of all dog breeds. Most Great Pyr owners will almost certainly use that phrase when discussing these gentle dogs. The Pyrs have some great qualities that make them a desirable watchdog and companion. They love their homes and their masters. Great Pyrenees are especially useful in protecting your property from coyotes. Since coyotes are becoming more and more common in metro areas, consider getting a Great Pyrenees to guard your horse farm or other livestock.
Who We Are
Georgia Pyrenees Rescue is a branch of the National Great Pyrenees Rescue. Our group is led by Charlie Fisher and Pegi Black. We rescued about 30 dogs last year, and we placed them in permanent. good homes. That is our goal, to place our pyrs in loving homes, where they will live a wonderful life. We need your help. Take your time deciding which dog is going to be the perfect one for you. We will make sure that the dog is in good health before you adopt.
