Who We Are
WAG is a community-supported non-profit working to end the euthanasia of healthy, adoptable animals in the Walton County, GA area. We do not have a shelter, but work with existing rescue groups, our government-operated animal shelter and a network of foster homes to find homes for loving pets. We also assist with local, low-cost spay-neuter efforts and offer education on the importance of preventing pet overpopulation and animal abuse.
Adopting a friend
If you're looking for a pet, please consider visiting your local animal shelter. Animals come in to the shelters daily and many won't have the opportunity to get their photos taken, but still deserve a loving home.
Our animals are fostered in Georgia but transportation can be arranged if needed, particularly to the northeast area of the country where rescue transport is easily found.
