Who We Are

We were incorporated in 1994 to aid in the relief of suffering among animals, the prevention of cruelty to animals, and the extension of humane education. We primarily serve the Fayette, Coweta and Clayton county (Georgia) areas; however, we will help any animal needing our services if we have the resources to do so.

We are actively involved in the rescue of abandoned, stray and abused animals. We receive animals from the streets, owners, breeders, veterinarians, puppy mills, city/county animal control agencies and other animal organizations. We are also a part of the Georgia Emergency Management Agency (GEMA), a statewide emergency disaster plan.

Because we do not have our own separate building yet, we foster animals in our homes while we search for a permanent home. We provide foster parents with training, supplies, food, medicine, and eager animals looking for a second chance for love and security.
