Who We Are

WWW.PEANUTSFRIENDS.ORG is not a shelter. We are a local Lost and Found Pets website. Please visit our site for lost and found pets!

On occasion, PEANUT'S FRIENDS encounters a person in need of finding a home for a pet. The pet stays at the person's home until its forever home is found.

All of our pet listings are courtesy listings. If the animal is adopted out through Peanut's Friends, we DO require that an adoption contract is filled out and signed, and we will check references to ensure that these pets go to a great home!

Our adoption fee varies depending on what the animal would need prior to going to its new home. (Vaccines, Spay/Neuter, Heartworm Preventive, etc...) The fee is payable to the veterinarian doing the procedure, and it's non-refundable.

Because of our strong belief that animals are not discardable, we limit our help to animals who truly need it.

Adopting a friend

Adopting a pet is a lifetime commitment. Please, before getting any animal, take into consideration their lifestyle, your lifestyle, breed, needs, housing, diet, veterinary care, and attention.

Keep your pet for their lifetime! They deserve nothing less!
