Who We Are...

All About Animals is a non-profit 501(c) organization dedicated to rescuing homeless and unwanted animals. We are a non-profit 501(c)3 tax exempt no-kill dog and cat rescue and placement organization based on Macon, Georgia. Our goal is to eliminate euthanasia by spaying or neutering .

We are an independent organization and depend solely on adoption fees, fundraisers, and donations to operate. We try our best to match our pets with the needs, wants, personalities, and lifestyles of potential adopters to ensure a healthy, happy, & permanent home. Check our our adoptable pets. You can adopt one of our dogs our cats via the following methods:

Dogs are at the PetsMart in Macon, Georgia on Sundays from 12:30 to 5, cats are at the Petsmart in Warner Robins, Georgia Sunday through Tuesday. We also can set up an appointment for you and your family to meet a certain dog or cat by emailing us at allaboutanimalsmacon@yahoo.com or calling us at (478) 621-5116. We can also arrange transport to other areas of the United States.

We receive a large amount of telephone calls daily. Feel free to leave a message, but we prefer that you email whenever possible. It is the best way to contact us.

Adopting a Friend...

We ask that you complete an Adoption Application. If the adoption is approved, you pay an Adoption fee of $100.00 for Cats, and $150.00 for dogs. The adoption fee includes:

Dogs
A Wonderful New Canine Family Member, Rabies Vaccination if Appropriate to Age at Adoption, First Vaccination, Deworming, Spay/Neuter, Adoption Package

Cats
A Wonderful New Feline Family Member, FeLV/FIV Test (if 10-12 weeks or older), Rabies Vaccination if Appropriate to age at adoption, First Vaccination, Deworming, Spay/Neuter, Adoption Package

All animals adopted through All About Animals MUST be spayed or neutered IAW Georgia law. If you can't adopt, please feel free to check our wish list. There are lots of ways to help out our furry friends!

Donations are tax deductible!

Money donated will be used to purchase medications, vaccinations, pay veterinary bills, and utilities, and to provide basic animal care. However, you can also donate much-needed items that we use for our animals every day.

We have chosen Kuranda dog beds for our boarding facilities because they are so good for our dogs. We still don't have enough for all of our kennels. If you would like to donate a bed so another dog can sleep in proper comfort, please click here.
