Who We Are

Dog Pack Rescue is a 501(c)3 Nonprofit Organization dedicated to the rescue of adoptable companion dogs in order to prevent needless euthanasia of these healthy animals in Animal Control Facilities in NW Georgia. We want to instill in our community an awareness of all the dogs whose lives we share, to promote and encourage responsible dog ownership and to stress the importance of spaying/neutering of all companion dogs.

Adopting a Friend

All of our dogs are altered before adoption:
1 - Spay or Neuter
2 - Microchipped w/free lifetime registration
3- DA2PPLV (Distemper, Parvo, etc) & Boardatella
4- Fecal & Deworming (including tapeworms)
5- Heartworm tested (if positive will be treated before adoption)
6 - Rabies Vaccination
7 - Started on heartworm & flea protection
8 - Collar, and tag

The adoption procedure consists of several steps:

1. Go to our website and locate the dog, from the dogs webpage you can fill out the online application...
2. Download, complete online, fax or email the Adoption Application Found At:Dog Pack Rescue

3.Application Review and reference check.

4. Meeting with the dog

5. Home visit may be applicable, before actual adoption.
