We have no pets available for adoption at this time.
We are happy to announce that we are once again opening our doors to large breeds (mastiffs, dobermans, great danes, etc). We've been doing some work improving our facilities specifically for large breeds. We feel that this is where there is the most need. After doing a little bit of small breed rescue this past year we've found that there are many places for the little ones to go but there are few places who'll accept large breeds with possible aggression problems. So we're happy to announce that we are once again opening our doors to these gentle giants.
While our focus is on large breeds we take in all types of pets. We are one of the few reptile and waterfowl rescues in the southeast. So whether it be a mastiff, tortoise, duck, or rabbit we offer rescue to all. Our rescues live in our home just like they will at your home. And if you need to surrender your pet, whatever it is, please call or email us as we have many contacts in the area and between us can accept most any pet there is.
Adopting a friendThe rescue is run out of a single home so you must have an appointment to visit. If you are interested in adopting please contact me via email or phone. We will talk and decide together if we have anything available for you. Next we will schedule a time for you to meet the foster dog you are interested in. Most potential adopters leave with their newly adopted pet that day. We have a great record for matching up our foster dogs with adoptive families. We work hard to make sure that you both are getting what you are looking for.
Visition is by appointment only since we do not have a physical shelter.
