Who We Are
As an experienced and growing rescue organization, it is the
mission of Northcentral Maltese Rescue, Inc. to accept Maltese dogs that their owners, for whatever reason, can no longer take care of. Some of these dogs are abandoned or stray, and they come to us from shelters all over the country. Our organization is made up entirely of volunteers who are dedicated to saving these little white fluffy dogs. Northcentral Maltese Rescue Inc. is a 501(c)(3) not for profit corporation.
Foster Homes Needed!
Our most important resources are the loving foster parents who care for and look after these dogs while they are waiting to be placed in a permanent forever home. Some of the dogs we receive are very sick, and the foster parents provide medical care in a safe and protected environment.
If you think you would like to be a foster parent we welcome and appreciate your support no matter what part of the country you live in. Contact us at any of the addresses below for a Foster Parent Application Form.
Adopting a Friend
If you are seriously considering adopting a Maltese, please contact us. You must fill out and send in the NMR Adoption Application Form before you can be considered as an adoptive home. This document can be found at our Web site. Contact us also if you are interested in becoming a foster home. It doesn't matter where in the country you are.
