PLR is a non -profit organization that was started in 2005 by Barbra Irwin who has 26 yrs. experience of being on the board and being active with the P.A.W.S. organization in Harrisburg, PA. PLR is made up of volunteers who have a passion for pets. We want to make sure our pets are matched up to their right forever home and prefer that they stay within a
50 mile radius of our adoption center.
