Donations are gratefully appreciated and go entirely (and only) to health care and feeding of our adoptable House Rabbits.
Who We Are
TLC Rabbit Rescue, Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit based in Tallahassee, FL. founded 2001.
While awaiting re-adoption our bunnies-in-residence have health check-ups by veterinarians. Any health problem is tended to, they are spayed or neutered, and made to feel at home, wanted, and comfortable. Many of these rabbits are "Last Resort" bunnies received from local animal shelters and we strive to make their transition from abandonment to new-home as humane as possible. Adoption fees are presently $70.00.
Adopting a friend
Secondary to health needs and acclimation to new surroundings, but equally important, is matching bunnies with appropriate prospective families and it is therefore that, prior to adoption, home visits may be necessary. Because House Rabbits usually live eight years and more they will rely on you daily for care and attention. House Rabbits arriving at our facility are usually fully grown with developed and distinct personalities.

In addition to our work here at TLC Rabbit Rescue we work fulltime jobs, so visitation is, unfortunately, by appointment only. Please call and leave a message either by voice mail or email and we WILL respond ASAP. Finding appropriate homes for these bunnies is our ultimate goal.
