ABOUT US
The Cat Network, Inc. is a 501(c)3, Florida not-for-profit corporation and grass-roots organization with over 2,500 volunteer and donor members. Our members have trapped and sterilized over 51,000 stray and abandoned cats and have adopted out over 7,000 cats since our inception in December of 1995. Our mission to make everyone aware of this huge community problem and to be proactive in fighting it by spaying and neutering pets and strays, alike. We encourage the public to adopt stray and abandoned cats as indoor-only pets and practice responsible ownership. We also mediate with planned communities and multi-family developments to enact TNR (trap-neuter-return) efforts rather than extermination of stray cats on their properties. Through combined efforts with other local animal agencies we are working to make South Florida a No-Kill community. We also cooperate with and assist other local governmental agencies in animal hoarder situations.

The Cat Network, Inc. in South Florida is not affiliated with any other organization by the same name in a different state or region. For more information please visit our web site at www.thecatnetwork.org.

HELPING YOU FIND HOMES FOR RESCUED FELINES
The Cat Network, Inc. has an adoption referral program available to members only, which assists in finding homes for rescued stray cats and kittens. We do not have a shelter, all of our cats/kittens are in foster care in South Florida. The Cat Network is willing to help and advise people who need to place their cats, but we do not accept responsibility of care-taking the animals. Anyone who joins the program must be responsible for their own felines and be willing to show them to prospective adopters, as well as be willing to participate in other promotions such as pet shows, Petsmart and festivals where we show cats for adoption.

For complete details on our adoption program please click here.
