News
We are excited to announce we've purchased a 10-acre mini farm in Dunnellon, FL as the final home for our rescue. There is plenty of room for the dogs and puppies with lots of room to grow.
Who We Are
We are operated solely by volunteers. Vet care, heartworm medication and flea/tick/mosquito protection continues to be our greatest expense costing about $4,500 a month. Therefore, donations are greatly appreciated and allow us to help more dogs and puppies.
The addition of Dr. Curtis, one of 42 specialist in the country working with animals, is costly and necessary in our opinion. Your donations are needed now more than ever. Thank you for considering us.
Dr. Kristi Jackson provides, at a fee, holistic care including homeopathy, chiropractic, and accupuncture. Dr. Jackson also provides our animals with allopathic medicine.
Temporary foster families are always needed to allow us to rescue more German Shepherd Dogs. Each dog or puppy deserves a family of his or her own with love and attention. Please contact us today if you are interested in volunteering. Medical care for dogs being fostered is provided including heartworm medication and flea protection, and collars and leashes. Please contact us if you can provide a temporary (usually less than a month) loving home.
Our dogs and puppies are spayed or neutered when age appropriate, microchipped, heartworm tested, and current on all vaccinations. They are well socialized, housebroken and obedience trained in varying stages depending on their ages. Puppies may not be housebroken at the time of adoption. Our adoption fees are from $150 for Senior or Special Needs Dogs to $450 for puppies. We occasionally have special dogs that may be adopted for up to $700 that are of exceptional European bloodlines, trained on and off lead, housebroken, socialized, etc.. Our average adoption donation is $300.
We have a policy of sharing all known history on each dog or puppy.
