Who We Are
HARP is an all-foster adoption group located in Riverview, Florida. We are a small network of families who provide foster care for displaced and unwanted pets until they can be adopted into loving, responsible homes.
How We Do It
We are family funded; meaning that we are not a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization. Each foster family takes financial responsibility for the pets they house. Unfortunately, there are more animals than we can care for, so we are always in need of good foster homes.
