Who We AreThe Humane Society's mission is to provide a no time-limit home for all adoptable animals. We do this with the compassion and help of our dedicated staff, Board members, volunteers and business/corporate sponsors. We are a shelter with a heart. Adopting a friendTo adopt one of our animals please come by the shelter and fill out an application. There is a $75 adoption fee for dogs and a $50 fee for cats which includes a "wellness" vet visit, spay/neuter, rabies shot and age appropriate vaccinations. Come Visit Us!Our shelter is located at the NE corner of Wiscon and Mobley Roads in Brooksville, Florida. We are not far from the intersection of Route 41 and Route 50 in downtown Brooksville, just down the road a few blocks from the Super WalMart on Rt 41. We are only 45 minutes north of Tampa if you take I 75 or the Veterans Expressway.
