Would you like to make a donation to the Tallahassee Animal Service Center (ASC)? Donations to the shelter are greatly needed and appreciated! The shelter can also use donations of blankets, towels, food, toys, milk replacement for kittens and puppies, etc. If you'd like to donate your time and talents to the hundreds of homeless animals in our care, consider joining our volunteer program volunteers. Volunteers are found everywhere from working in the kennels, to walking dogs and assisting with the planning of fundraising events.

Who We Are
The Tallahassee Animal Service Center serves residents of Tallahassee and Leon County with a state-of-the-art animal care facility for lost, stray and homeless animals. It is one of the finest animal care centers in Florida.
Adopting a friend
We currently have many animals available for adoption. The general adoption fee for dogs and cats is $50. This includes a microchip ID, basic innoculations and a health exam. There is also a $50 sterilization fee for dogs and $25 fee for cats when applicable. Local veterinarians support our adoption program by discounting their initial exam fee and spay/neuter fee by 70%. We also have bunnies available for a $10 adoption fee.
