Who We Are
It is the vision of SPCA Florida to exemplify the highest humane standards; by providing superior care for homeless and abused animals, placing them in responsible and loving homes, preventing and prosecuting animal cruelty, and eliminating pet overpopulation.
SPCA Florida is committed to providing aid, comfort, and relief to abandoned or suffering animals, and to placing surrendered pets in safe, loving and lifetime homes.
We are focused on reducing pet overpopulation and indiscriminate breeding to eliminate the euthanasia of thousands of unwanted pets.
We are dedicated to being a landmark humane shelter of the highest professional standards through a passionate commitment to sterilization and adoption, legal enforcement of animal cruelty laws, humane education and public health, and a safe environment for all animals.
