Adopt a Pet
You can search for a pet online or go to the shelter. View descriptions and pictures of animals that are currently at our shelter. Adoption fee includes:
- Spay & Neuter Services
- Booster and Rabies Vaccinations
- De-worming
- Microchip
- Registration
Foster to Adopt Program
The foster care provider will care for the pet at home during the mandatory 5-day stray hold period; however, you are not the owner of the pet until the hold period has expired.
Spay & Neuter Services
For $ 30, Animal Services offers donor-subsidized spay/neuter services for dogs under 50 lbs, every Tuesday and Wednesday and $15 fir cats every Thursday and Friday.
Microchip your Pet
A pet identification microchip implant is available at Animal Services for $10.00. The fee covers the basic registration of name, address and up to 2 telephone numbers and e-mail if provided by pet owner. For an expanded registration including additional/emergency contact, veterinarian and more, the fee is $19.50. Pet owners can bring their pets to Animal Services during regular clinic hours.
