Who We Are
Save The Animals Adoption Center is housed at Windcrest Animal Hospital. Started in memory of Kathie Rinnier, a previous employee of Windcrest Animal Hospital who tragically passed away. The Adoption Center is dedicated in placing unwanted animals into permanent loving homes.
Adopting a friend
We fully believe that there is a perfect fit for each pet and for the potential family interested. Our adoption coordinators spend time with each animal to get to know their personality. This enables easier and successful adoptions with no surprises. Adoption procedure is by appointment only! A mandatory application process takes approximately 1 week to screen potential new homes. After the application process, a formal interviewing process is mandatory with the Director, Cristal Pulgini or our Adoption Coordinator, Angie Benner. A week trial is also offered after the intitial adoption. The adoption fee is $100.00 which covers the basic spay or neuter, vaccinations, Feline Aids and Leukemia testing for cats, Heatworm Testing for dogs, deworming and negative fecal tests.
