Who We Are

We are a local no-kill shelter dedicated to rescuing both strays and mistreated dogs and cats. This is a strictly volunteer organization and we are wholly dependent on your donations

FOSTER HOMES NEEDED WHEN WE HAVE NEW ARRIVALS THAT REQUIRE SPECIAL CARE OR KITTENS THAT MAY NEED MULTIPLY DAILY FEEDINGS..

OUR PET LIST

WE HAVE KITTENS THAT NEED HOMES!

Our Featured Pet

Chrissy and Judy were born October 2003 and are very frightened kitties. AFOC is asking that they be adopted together so they could handle a new environment better. They were adopted but have came back to shelter because they did not liked to be picked up. They will need time to be social and if adopted will need someone who will be patient and give them time to get more comfortable to the new surroundings. Being adopted and returned is traumatic for some kittens. We are hoping they will get another chance for a loving home. They do well with other calm cats.

.

Jacob is a very frisky and active fellow. He has handsome markings. He is friendly but plays rough.
.

We have many adult cats like Tatania who are also waiting for homes.

Remember "...Saving just one pet won't change the world ...but, surely, the world will change for that one pet..."
