NEWS DID YOU KNOW??? Enfield Dog Licenses were due by June 30th. Please be advised if you are a first time licenser you need a copy of your dogs rabies information and whether the dog is spayed or neutered. Licenses can be obtained at Enfield Town Clerk's Office in the town hall. There is a one dollar late fee for each month that will be applied starting July 1st. Please call with any questions.
Who We Are...
We are the Animal Control Divison of the Enfield Police Department. We serve the Town of Enfield. We handle animal complaints.
Adopting a friend
Currently we adopt animals out for $50.00. This is for the state animal population control program which entitles you to a voucher to have your pet spayed or neutered and two shots. People out of state wishing to adopt a dog will be charge $5.00 for adoption this does not include the voucher. For animals that are spayed or neutered the adoption fee is $5.00 for dogs and varies for cats.
There will be a brief adoption form that must be filled out for certain pets.

You may view the dogs from the outside of the building (60 Parsons Road) during the day. If you would like to see the animals in person please call for an appointment 860-763-8944.
Our hours Animal Control Officers are avaiable 8am -8pm Monday - Friday and 8am to 4pm on Saturday and Sunday
